The Middlesex County Child Immunization Clinic
Provides immunizations for children age 5 years through 18 years who have no insurance or whose insurance does not provide for the cost of immunizations. You must bring the child’s immunization records so that the medical staff will know what immunizations the child needs. A parent or legal guardian must come with the child. There is a fee for this clinic.
