In recognition of the disproportionate impact of HIV/AIDS in certain urban areas throughout the United States, Part A funds are designated as emergency relief funds for jurisdictions with more than 2,000 reported AIDS cases. The Middlesex County Office of Human Services is responsible for the administration of funds made available under the Ryan White Care Act. These funds are available to low-income persons living with HIV disease or AIDS (PLWH or PLWA) who reside in Middlesex, Somerset, and Hunterdon Counties, New Jersey.
