The Children’s Immunization Program is a cooperative effort between the Middlesex County Health Department and the Middlesex County Board of Social Services. The Immunization Program reviews immunization records and provides immunizations to school age children who are residents of Middlesex County who do not have insurance coverage for shots. The charge is $5 for Middlesex County Residents, $10 for Non-residents. By appointment only.
