The Second Reformed Church New Brunswick is running a food pantry for the local community. The food pantry is unique in that families get to chose their own food rather than receive a pre-packaged set of goods. Families are given “points” based on the number of members in the family. These points can be redeemed for foods across several categories – proteins, beans, vegetables, fruits, rice, pasta, cereals, and miscellaneous items. The Food Pantry now also runs a Diaper Bank for those in need. Please use the Mine Street side entrance to the pantry. A thirft shop is also available to anyone in Middlesex County. Hours of operation: Monday – Thursday: 10:00am-2:00pm
Friday: 10:00am – 12:00pm
Monday and Wednesday night: 5:00-8:00pm
