At Saint Peter’s University Hospital, our nutritionists, and the entire Culinary and Nutrition Services staff work together to serve appetizing and nutritious meals. Specially prepared meals, including kosher, vegetarian and ethnically diverse dishes, are available upon request. Patients on restricted diets or those who have special dietary needs receive nutrition counseling from one of our registered dietitians or nutrition care technicians before discharge.
