Personal Assistance Services Program (PASP – formerly Statewide Respite Program)

PASP is a supplemental personal care program designed for NJ residents who have permanent physical disabilities, are capable of directing their own services, and are either employed, preparing for employment, attending school, or involved in community volunteer work. PASP provides routine, non-medical personal care assistance based on individual need, up to a maximum of 40 hours/week.
