The Wellness Community at Hyacinth helps people manage the emotional impact of an HIV diagnosis. TWCH helps clients find control, hope, and community again through group discussion. Additionally, they assist clients who seek supportive or independent housing, emergency program assistance, or a community health worker. Opened Monday through Friday 9-5
